What Pilates Means to Me
Pilates is a feeling - not just a workout. I get why folks want to push hard, but I always say, slow down a bit, that's where you actually feel your body and mind working together. I call it muscular meditation - it’s not just about looking a certain way, but about feeling good and strong inside out.
My Class Vibe
No judgment in my sessions. We’re all figuring things out, and honestly, self-criticism is banned here. The only things I ask for: breathe, have fun, and go easy on yourself.
Who’s Pilates For?
Everyone. Seriously. I’ve taught total beginners, athletes, folks just looking for stress relief, and people dealing with injuries. All genders, all ages (most of my clients are between 21 and 60+), and all fitness levels are welcome. If you’re pregnant, just had a baby, or dealing with menopause, I’ve got specific routines for you too.
How We’ll Move
I mostly teach Mat Pilates for all ages, so you don’t need fancy equipment - just a mat, maybe some bands. You can join me for 1-on-1 personal training (in Bangalore or online), or hop into one of my Pilates group classes online or at my studio. I also offer PHIIT (that’s Pilates with a high-intensity twist) and tailored sessions for prenatal and postnatal Pilates guidance.
What You’ll Get Out Of It
It’s not just about a strong core or better posture. People come out of class saying they feel lighter, calmer, and more connected with themselves. If you want to build strength, move better, and chill out a bit, I honestly think you’ll vibe with my classes.
I also run special events like Pilates Brunch and do corporate wellness if you want to try something different as a team.

This year’s been wild - I call it my butterfly year! Butterflies keep popping up everywhere, even at Coldplay concerts (yes, I cried). Metamorphosis is my jam now, so I’m always trying something new - from messy pottery attempts to pole dancing or even sweating it out in an Akhada, channeling Dara Singh vibes. I’m happiest moving, chilling by the beach or up in the hills, and just soaking up good times with my people. My thing? Choose happiness, always.
