People see the results, but here is the story behind the work. From physiotherapy roots to mind-body movement, here is how I approach healing and strength.

This was a proud day. Graduating as a physiotherapist gave me the deep understanding of the human body that I apply to every single Pilates session I teach.

Someone once asked me what the most expensive thing I was wearing was. My answer is my education and my willpower. These are the things that truly define me.

It's so important to take courageous first steps, even when you feel confused or overwhelmed. Movement, journaling, and meditation are my tools for finding clarity, and I love sharing them with my clients.

This was during my yoga teacher training in Mysore. It was a journey of self-discovery that taught me the importance of being present and connected to my body and mind, a philosophy I bring into my classes.

A healthy lifestyle goes beyond the studio. I believe in fueling my body with nutrient-dense foods like fresh vegetables that support muscle recovery and overall health.

The moment I finished my physiotherapy studies. This represents the culmination of years of hard work and the beginning of my mission to help others find strength and healing through movement.

Celebrating my graduation. My goal has always been to have healing hands and a hopeful heart, empowering others to discover their own strength with every stretch and stride.

Back in the classroom where it all started. My foundation in physiotherapy is what makes my approach to Pilates different. It's about safe, effective, and intelligent movement.

Taking a moment to soak it all in on graduation day. I am so grateful for the path that led me here and for the ability to share my knowledge with you.

Strength, flexibility, and freedom of movement. For me, Pilates is the one workout that combines it all, whether I'm in the gym, on the mat, or even playing on the beach.

About My Journey & Philosophy

When I finished my physiotherapy degree, I didn't want to just treat patients in a clinic. I wanted to help people stay strong enough to avoid getting injured in the first place. That’s why my approach to Pilates is different—it’s not a generic fitness routine. Whether we’re using the Reformer or Mat, every single movement I teach is informed by my background in anatomy, spinal alignment, and recovery.
