My Journey & Philosophy: Physio-Led Pilates
People see the results, but here is the story behind the work. From physiotherapy roots to mind-body movement, here is how I approach healing and strength.
This was a proud day. Graduating as a physiotherapist gave me the deep understanding of the human body that I apply to every single Pilates session I teach.
Someone once asked me what the most expensive thing I was wearing was. My answer is my education and my willpower. These are the things that truly define me.
It's so important to take courageous first steps, even when you feel confused or overwhelmed. Movement, journaling, and meditation are my tools for finding clarity, and I love sharing them with my clients.
This was during my yoga teacher training in Mysore. It was a journey of self-discovery that taught me the importance of being present and connected to my body and mind, a philosophy I bring into my classes.
A healthy lifestyle goes beyond the studio. I believe in fueling my body with nutrient-dense foods like fresh vegetables that support muscle recovery and overall health.
The moment I finished my physiotherapy studies. This represents the culmination of years of hard work and the beginning of my mission to help others find strength and healing through movement.
Celebrating my graduation. My goal has always been to have healing hands and a hopeful heart, empowering others to discover their own strength with every stretch and stride.
About this collection
When I finished my physiotherapy degree, I didn't want to just treat patients in a clinic. I wanted to help people stay strong enough to avoid getting injured in the first place. That’s why my approach to Pilates is different—it’s not a generic fitness routine. Whether we’re using the Reformer or Mat, every single movement I teach is informed by my background in anatomy, spinal alignment, and recovery.
My path wasn’t a straight line. Born in Iran and educated in physiotherapy in India, I spent years studying how the body moves. But my time in Mysore training in yoga changed my perspective entirely. I learned that true strength isn't about how many hours you spend in the gym; it's about the connection between your mind and your muscles.
That’s exactly what I brought to my studio in HSR Layout. I don't care about hitting random rep counts just to sweat. I care about whether your shoulders are correctly positioned, if your core is actually engaging, and whether you’re moving in a way that serves your body long-term.
If you are dealing with chronic back pain, desk-job stiffness, or are just intimidated by fitness studios, you are exactly the person I built this space for. We start with a clinical assessment because I need to know your history—your injuries, your tightness, your goals. From there, we build a routine that actually makes sense for you. No ego, no performative workouts, just steady progress.

I'm Sara. My path from physio school to Pilates instructor taught me that real strength isn't just about reps—it's about understanding how your body heals. When you join my sessions in HSR, you're not just following a video; you're working with someone who knows anatomy inside out.
