This is what bringing wellness to the workplace looks like. I guide employees through simple, effective stretches right at their desks to break the monotony of sitting, release tension in the neck and shoulders, and reset the mind for better focus.
In a dedicated wellness room, I lead a group of employees through a mat yoga session. We move through a sequence of asanas designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and foster a sense of calm and community within the team.
Here is an example of a hybrid session in action. I can seamlessly instruct employees who are physically present in a conference room while also engaging with team members joining remotely via video call, ensuring everyone feels included.
I am demonstrating Anulom Vilom, or alternate nostril breathing. This powerful pranayama technique is a core part of my stress management workshops, helping to calm the nervous system and bring clarity to a busy mind.
This is my setup for virtual sessions. I guide participants through various asanas like Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) and Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), ensuring my instructions are clear and easy to follow for everyone practicing from home or the office.

My sessions range from short, 15-minute 'Desk Yoga' breaks that require zero equipment, to comprehensive 60-minute 'Mat Yoga' workshops for those times when the team needs to unplug properly. I also run 'Stress Management' sessions where we dive into Pranayama, like Anulom Vilom or Kapalbhati. Yaake andre (because), sometimes a focused five minutes of breathing can do more for your productivity than an extra hour of caffeine.
I handle the logistics so you don't have to. I can host sessions on Zoom, MS Teams, or Google Meet if you are working remotely, or I can visit your office space for in-person group flows. We focus on the basics: loosening tight shoulders, correcting posture, and finding that much-needed breathing space. No fancy gear, just simple, effective movement that makes the office vibe a whole lot lighter.
