If you have a conference room, cafeteria, or gym space, we can transform it into a dedicated practice area for an hour. I guide your team through dynamic Vinyasa flow sequences and hands-on posture corrections, finishing with a deep Shavasana to ensure everyone returns to their desks feeling sharp and refreshed.
How the Session Works
These sessions are designed for teams that want to move. Unlike desk-based routines, this is a full-body workout.
- Duration: Each session lasts 60 minutes.
- Flow: We focus on dynamic Surya Namaskar sequences to get the heart rate up, followed by deep holds and hip openers to release the tightness that comes from long hours of sitting.
- Personalization: I provide hands-on posture corrections to keep everyone safe and aligned, regardless of their experience level.
- Relaxation: We always end with 10 minutes of Yoga Nidra or Shavasana. It sounds simple, but it is the most effective way to lower cortisol levels before heading back to meetings.
Requirements for Your Team
To make this work, you will need a large hall, cafeteria, or gym space within your office premises. Participants should bring their own yoga mats and wear comfortable gym attire. These sessions are best suited for groups of up to 30 people, as this ensures I can give everyone the attention they need for a safe and effective practice.
