About Virtual & Hybrid Sessions: Wellness for All Teams
I run hybrid sessions where your remote team joins via video while I lead the office group in person, so nobody misses out on the wellness initiative. We spend specific time on eye-care exercises for digital strain and desk-friendly stretches that you can do in your work attire, meaning no yoga mat or change of clothes is required for our desk sessions.
Corporate wellness shouldn't be another task on a to-do list. In Bangalore, where office hours often stretch and screen time is constant, my sessions focus on practical, actionable relief.
How We Structure Your Wellness
- Desk Yoga: These are 30-45 minute sessions I conduct right at your workstations. We focus on spinal twists, wrist therapy for typing strain, and neck stretches to counter 'tech-neck'. It is designed to fit into a quick break without the hassle of a wellness room or changing into gym wear.
- Hybrid & Virtual Integration: For distributed teams, I run live interactive sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams. I focus on pranayama (breathing techniques like Anulom Vilom) to lower cortisol levels and help employees manage anxiety during high-pressure work weeks.
- Mat Yoga: If your office has a dedicated space, I guide full-body Vinyasa flows and 10-minute Yoga Nidra sessions. These are geared toward deeper relaxation and team bonding.
Why This Works
I am a 500hr YTT certified instructor, but I don't believe in forcing complex asanas on a stressed employee. My instruction is focused on mobility and mental clarity. Whether your team is in a conference room in Koramangala or logging in from home in Whitefield, the goal is the same: to help everyone move better and feel less drained by the end of the day.
