Arogyam Vardan: A Dedicated Healing Space in Gurugram
Step into a sanctuary designed for quiet recovery. Our studio in Sector 57 offers a calm environment fully equipped with Iyengar-style props to support your specific healing journey.
Our studio is more than just a room; it is a sanctuary. With mats laid out and props ready, it is a space prepared for you to embark on the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
Find balance, refreshment, and restoration at our yoga center. The "Namaste" on our door is an invitation to honor the light within you and to begin your journey toward inner peace in our serene space.
In our pranayama sessions, we learn to connect with our breath in a calm and focused environment. The studio is designed to minimize distractions, allowing you to draw your mind inward and prepare for meditation.
We also hold sessions outdoors, connecting with nature. Yoga is a dance that creates inner serenity and harmony, and practicing in a natural environment can deepen that connection.
About this collection
We designed this studio as a sanctuary for therapeutic recovery rather than a typical gym. You will see wall ropes for spinal decompression, sturdy wooden blocks, and chairs placed exactly where they are needed. These are not decorative; they are essential tools that allow you to practice safely, especially while managing chronic conditions like sciatica or disc issues.
Healing requires an environment that supports your nervous system, free from the noise and distractions of commercial fitness centers. In our studio at Sector 57, we focus on the intersection of anatomy and atmosphere.
Why Our Space Matters
- Precision Environment: We maintain a minimalist setup to reduce sensory overload. This allows you to focus entirely on your breath and alignment during pranayama and meditation.
- Prop-Assisted Therapy: Our facility includes specialized Iyengar-style equipment, such as rope walls and bolsters. These tools help create space in joints, essential for students dealing with frozen shoulder, cervical pain, or spinal misalignment.
- Controlled Healing: By capping our batches at four students, we ensure that every person receives individual guidance. This prevents injury and helps you understand exactly how your muscles and joints are responding to each posture.
Location & Access
Our studio is located in Block C, Sushant Lok, Sector 57, Gurugram. It is an intentional space designed for those who view yoga as a science and a path to wellness. Whether you are coming for chronic pain management or restorative practice, the environment is calibrated to facilitate your recovery.
Arogyam Vardan
I am Gyan, and I started Arogyam Vardan because true therapy needs more than just a mat and an instructor. In this studio, we focus on anatomy and alignment, stripping away the commercial noise to help you reconnect with your body. We keep our groups small to ensure every student learns the right way to use props for their specific physical needs.
