Yoga is not just stretching—it is a science. I use precise alignment and props to help you heal chronic pain, balance your nervous system, and find lasting peace in your daily life.

This is the story of Mohit Jindal. When doctors recommended surgery for his acute cervical and pinched nerve problem, he came to us. Through a personalized yoga therapy program, he found immense relief in just a few sessions and is now almost completely cured. Healing without surgery is possible.

Modern science shows that stress and fear trigger the brain's amygdala. I use practices like the supported Rope Sirsasana to calm this fear center, based on principles proven by neuroimaging studies. This inversion relaxes the nervous system and brings clarity to the mind.

Poor sleep doubles anxiety because it makes the brain's panic center hyperactive. A simple, supported pose like Viparita Karani, or legs-up-the-wall, activates the body's natural rest-and-digest response. It helps balance the heart rate and significantly improves sleep quality.

To heal the body, you must first understand it. My approach to yoga therapy is grounded in a deep knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics. This allows me to design safe and effective programs that address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.

Smita came to me feeling mentally and physically unfit, struggling with depression, sciatica, and back pain. This is her journey. With a combination of therapeutic postures, pranayama, and counseling, she found significant relief in both her body and mind.

This is not just a yoga pose; it is a therapeutic intervention. Using props like a chair and belts in Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) provides stability, ensures correct alignment, and allows the body to receive the full benefits of the inversion without strain on the neck.

This is our space for healing. It is a clean, calm, and fully equipped studio where you can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your body and consciousness. Every detail is designed to support your journey to wellness.

About this collection

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every student begins with a detailed assessment of their medical history and posture. Whether you are dealing with cervical issues, sciatica, or chronic anxiety, I integrate Iyengar-style props like wall ropes, chairs, and blocks to ensure your practice is safe, aligned, and therapeutic, regardless of your current flexibility.

Healing is not just about the hours you spend on the mat; it is a realignment of your Aahar (food), Vihaar (lifestyle), and Vichar (thoughts).

The Science of Our Studio

My studio in Sector 57, Gurugram, is designed for those who need more than generic group classes. We focus on 'Medical Yoga,' where we treat asanas as interventions. For example, if you have a pinched nerve or a disc bulge, we don't force you into a standard pose. Instead, we use traction-based ropes and chairs to create space in the vertebrae, alleviating pressure without the risk of injury.

Addressing the Nervous System

Much of modern anxiety is linked to an overactive amygdala—the brain's fear center. Through specific restorative sequences and pranayama, we shift the body from a 'fight or flight' sympathetic state to a 'rest and digest' parasympathetic state. This is how we tackle sleep disorders, burnout, and chronic stress at the biological level.

My Approach

  • Anatomy-First: I teach you the 'why' behind every movement using skeleton models, so you understand your own biomechanics.
  • Small Batches: I cap all therapy groups at four students. This allows me to provide manual adjustments and ensure your alignment is correct every single time.
  • Lifestyle Integration: We don't just focus on the pose. I help you adjust your daily ergonomic habits and dietary patterns so that the healing you start in the studio continues when you go home.
