Yoga is not just stretching—it is a science. I use precise alignment and props to help you heal chronic pain, balance your nervous system, and find lasting peace in your daily life.

This is the story of Mohit Jindal. When doctors recommended surgery for his acute cervical and pinched nerve problem, he came to us. Through a personalized yoga therapy program, he found immense relief in just a few sessions and is now almost completely cured. Healing without surgery is possible.

Modern science shows that stress and fear trigger the brain's amygdala. I use practices like the supported Rope Sirsasana to calm this fear center, based on principles proven by neuroimaging studies. This inversion relaxes the nervous system and brings clarity to the mind.

Poor sleep doubles anxiety because it makes the brain's panic center hyperactive. A simple, supported pose like Viparita Karani, or legs-up-the-wall, activates the body's natural rest-and-digest response. It helps balance the heart rate and significantly improves sleep quality.

To heal the body, you must first understand it. My approach to yoga therapy is grounded in a deep knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics. This allows me to design safe and effective programs that address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.

Smita came to me feeling mentally and physically unfit, struggling with depression, sciatica, and back pain. This is her journey. With a combination of therapeutic postures, pranayama, and counseling, she found significant relief in both her body and mind.

This is not just a yoga pose; it is a therapeutic intervention. Using props like a chair and belts in Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) provides stability, ensures correct alignment, and allows the body to receive the full benefits of the inversion without strain on the neck.

This is our space for healing. It is a clean, calm, and fully equipped studio where you can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your body and consciousness. Every detail is designed to support your journey to wellness.

A gym workout activates your 'fight or flight' system, which can increase the stress hormone cortisol. In contrast, my restorative yoga practice activates the 'rest and digest' system. This approach, supported by research, lowers cortisol and promotes deep recovery for both body and mind.

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every student begins with a detailed assessment of their medical history and posture. Whether you are dealing with cervical issues, sciatica, or chronic anxiety, I integrate Iyengar-style props like wall ropes, chairs, and blocks to ensure your practice is safe, aligned, and therapeutic, regardless of your current flexibility.
