Comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training in Gurugram
A teacher training course that goes beyond simple certification. We merge ancient philosophy with rigorous anatomy to help you guide others with safety, precision, and deep understanding.
Listen to Pallavi, who is enrolled in our Teacher Training Course. She describes it as a beautiful and transformative journey that has improved not only her physical practice but also her entire outlook on life.
A core component of our teacher training is a deep dive into anatomy and biomechanics. I believe that to be a responsible and effective teacher, one must understand the body's structure and how to work with it safely.
About this collection
Unlike generic programs, my training relies on the Iyengar methodology and skeleton models to map every movement. You won't just learn to demonstrate poses; you will learn to read a student's body, identify postural misalignments, and use props like ropes and blocks to facilitate safe, therapeutic healing.
A Methodology Based on Anatomy
Most teacher training programs focus on surface-level aesthetics. Here, I focus on the 'why'. We use skeleton models to study joints and muscle engagement, ensuring you understand the biomechanics of every asana. This is critical for preventing injury and providing genuine therapy to future students.
The Iyengar Approach
We integrate the precision of the Iyengar method. You will learn to work with wall ropes, backless chairs, and weighted blocks to create space in the body. This is not about forcing flexibility; it is about creating stability through alignment. When you learn to use these tools, you can adapt your teaching for everyone, from beginners to those dealing with chronic pain.
Beyond the Mat
Being a teacher is about more than just physical adjustments. My course covers the integration of Aahar (diet), Vihaar (lifestyle), and Vichar (thought patterns). You will learn how to guide your own students toward long-term wellness, not just hour-long classes.
Why Train With Me?
- Small Batches: I cap my training at 4 students. This ensures I can manually adjust your posture and answer your questions in real-time.
- Therapeutic Focus: You will be trained to address real-world issues like sciatica, cervical pain, and stress-related conditions.
- Scientific Grounding: We connect ancient yogic wisdom to the parasympathetic nervous system and modern anatomical studies.
This is a rigorous path. If you are serious about becoming a knowledgeable, confident, and responsible yoga teacher, I invite you to start this journey.
