I help women build a pregnancy practice that feels like a companion through every stage. Here is a look at our community and the small, supportive classes I lead online.

Here’s a peek into our live online prenatal yoga classes. We meet three times a week from the comfort of our homes. You’ll see mamas at every stage, moving, breathing, and preparing together. It’s a small, supportive group where you get the personal attention you deserve.

I believe in sharing the real, honest birth stories of the mamas I work with. This is the start of one such journey, showing how a smooth pregnancy can take an unexpected turn and how preparation makes all the difference.

Yes, you can do this even at 37 weeks. Yoga isn't about being flexible; it's about connecting with your body. This beautiful collage shows one of our mamas staying active and strong right up until the end of her pregnancy.

These messages are everything to me. This is the 'why' behind what I do. Hearing from mamas about their journeys, their strength, and how our work together helped them feels like the greatest gift.

We go beyond just yoga poses. My Labor Management workshop, based on Lamaze principles, gives you and your partner practical tools and knowledge for birth. It’s about helping you feel prepared and confident for the big day.

This is a glimpse into my own practice. Yoga has been my constant companion, especially through my own pregnancy. It’s my way of staying grounded and connected to my body, and I love sharing that feeling with you.

This is me with my daughter, Bhadra, in the moments after she was born. My own birth story is the foundation of my work. It taught me to trust my body's wisdom, and now I help other women find that same trust within themselves.

Sometimes you just have to dance. Dancing releases oxytocin, the 'love hormone,' which is so important for labor. It’s a joyful way to connect with your body and baby, and just feel good.

Most moms join me around their 12th week of pregnancy, but you can start whenever you feel ready to move. We keep our Zoom groups intentionally small, so even though we are online, I can actually see your form and provide real-time verbal adjustments to keep you safe.

Yoga isn't just about flexibility or reaching your toes. During pregnancy, it is about creating space for your baby and preparing your mind for labor. My classes focus on the mind-body connection, using movement to help you trust your body's wisdom.

How Our Classes Work

We meet three times a week via Zoom, and I keep the groups small on purpose. This allows me to give everyone personal attention, whether you are a complete beginner or someone who practiced yoga before. Each 60-minute session is designed to be gentle but effective, covering:

  • Mobility & Strength: Gentle asanas to ease back pain, open the hips, and strengthen your pelvic floor.
  • Breathing Techniques: Specific pranayama and labor breathing tools to keep you calm and centered.
  • Relaxation: We end every class with guided meditation or Yoga Nidra to help you disconnect from the noise and actually rest.

Beyond the Mat

My philosophy is that birth happens in the mind. That is why we also include sessions on Lamaze-based labor management, birth ball techniques, and postpartum recovery basics. You get access to weekend workshops like Garbhasanskar and an ongoing WhatsApp group with other moms who are in the same phase of life. We share the hard days and the joyful milestones, creating a genuine peer support system.

I share honest birth stories from my students because you deserve to know what real labor looks like. Whether you are dealing with pregnancy fatigue or just want to feel more prepared for the big day, this practice is a tool you can carry with you. We take new enrollments on the 1st and 15th of every month, so feel free to reach out and see if we are a good fit for your journey.
