Featured Yoga Highlights & Prenatal Wellness
Yoga is not just about flexibility or fancy poses; it is the solution to everyday problems, from pregnancy discomfort to corporate stress. Here is a look at my approach to finding peace through movement.
(Hero Item) Before you prepare for a baby, you must prepare your body. This video shows key asanas like Chakki Chalanasana and Malasana that I teach to strengthen your pelvic region, improve circulation to the uterus, and balance hormones naturally for conception.
My own Garbhsanskar course in Rishikesh was about more than just poses. It was about finding my own Shakti, my inner power as a woman, and letting go of the fear around childbirth. This is the strength and peace I want to help you find.
This is what sisterhood looks like. A snapshot from one of my prenatal classes, where a group of strong mothers-to-be share their journey, support each other, and grow together. You are not alone on this path.
Nothing means more to me than hearing from the women I work with. Listen to Diya share her experience with my online yoga sessions and how the practice helped her with recurring headaches when nothing else would.
My Garbhsanskar training was a deep dive into ancient wisdom. This clip shows a glimpse of our yoga philosophy sessions on the 16 Sanskaras, a core part of the holistic approach I bring to my prenatal and postnatal classes.
Let's be real. Yoga isn't just for looking calm. It's a practical tool for life's messes, from dealing with frustration and constipation to finding the strength to leave a toxic relationship. Here are three reasons to start practicing right now.
When I fractured my ankle, my body had to pause, but my mind kept moving. Teaching yoga became my therapy. This experience taught me the power of surrender and showing up even when things are tough, a lesson I carry into every class.
About Featured
In my sessions, I do not care about perfect, Instagrammable yoga poses. We focus on real problems, like lower back pain from long office hours or the specific physical changes during pregnancy. I enforce a strict camera-on policy for online classes, not to watch you, but to correct your alignment in real-time so you stay injury-free while you build your strength.
I believe that yoga is for every body, regardless of whether you are flexible, stiff, young, or old. My approach is grounded in my own journey, including my time in Rishikesh studying Garbhsanskar and my personal experience with injury recovery. I do not sugar-coat the process because life itself is not sugar-coated.
Why Practice With Me
- Prenatal Care: We look beyond basic stretches. My prenatal classes focus on pelvic health, breathwork, and emotional support to help you feel ready for labor. Whether you are dealing with PCOD or need specialized IVF support, we adjust the practice to your body's specific needs.
- Practical Wellness: If you are dealing with bloating, acidity, or the mental weight of a toxic job, we use asanas and pranayama to find relief. I explain the 'why' behind every practice, so you understand how you are helping your body heal.
- Accessibility: Whether you prefer the community of a small group in my Faridabad studio or the convenience of online sessions, the focus remains the same. I ensure that you get personalized attention, even in group settings, to maintain your safety.
Yoga is about showing up even on your bad days. It is about balancing the physical demands of life with the spiritual need for calm. If you are ready to stop chasing perfection and start focusing on your health, let us walk this path together.
