Intermediate Hatha Vinyasa (8 Sessions)
Eligibility & Class Structure
- Prerequisite: Enrollment restricted strictly to graduates of Aparna's Postnatal Rehabilitation program.
- Schedule: 8 live interactive sessions per month held on Tuesdays and Thursdays via Zoom.
- Duration: Each session runs for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Batch Options: Choice between Morning (07:30 AM) or Evening (06:15 PM) slots.
Curriculum & Access
- Style: Hatha Vinyasa Flow blending holding postures with cardio movements.
- Focus: Intermediate intensity targeting core strength, mild inversions, and stamina building.
- Missed Classes: Temporary access to session recordings provided for flexibility.
- Support: Access to specific WhatsApp group for updates and link sharing.
About Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga
I offer these Hatha Vinyasa sessions for moms who've already gone through my postnatal yoga program. This is where we pick up the pace, build on your foundation, and move into what your body can now handle. If you’ve healed and want more, you’re right where you need to be.

Class Details
- Live group sessions online (Zoom)

My Story
Hi, I’m Aparna. Used to design buildings, now help women design their birth journeys. My own pregnancy flipped everything for me - contractions, fear, then boom, mindset shift. Yoga and Lamaze saved me, so I trained up and started sharing that magic. Over 2000 mamas later, still learning, still laughing with my daughter Bhadra. I’m not just a trainer, I’m a mom right in the thick of it with you.
