Our prenatal yoga classes are a complete practice. We focus on asanas to strengthen the lower body, pranayama for breath control, meditation for calm, and kegels for pelvic health. It's all about preparing your body and mind for birth.

We use props like birth balls to support the body and explore different movements. This video shows our mamas in a supported asana practice, finding comfort and stability as their bodies change.

Registrations for our online classes open monthly. We offer several batches to fit your schedule, but spots are limited to keep our classes small and personal. You can join us anytime from week 12 of your pregnancy.

About Our Online Prenatal Yoga Classes

Since we meet on Zoom, I keep my groups small so I can see everyone clearly. In every session, I use gallery view to provide real-time verbal adjustments, ensuring your alignment is safe whether you are using a chair, pillows, or a birth ball as your prop. You do not need a fancy studio setup, just a bit of floor space and a willingness to listen to your body.
