About High-Energy Dance Fitness
Our studio in Vivek Vihar and Indirapuram uses specialized wooden laminate flooring, which is a game-changer for your knees during high-impact Zumba and functional movements. Unlike typical dance classes, we integrate tractor tyres and steppers into our routines, so you get the heart-pumping fun of dance combined with real functional strength training.

What To Expect
Every session is 60 minutes of pure energy. I mix Latin rhythms like Salsa and Cumbia with high-tempo Bollywood beats. You don't need to be a dancer or have any experience. Whether you're a college student or a grandmother, the steps are designed to be easy to follow.
We also include 'Functional Fusion' elements. Using tractor tyres for jumps and steppers for cardio intervals, we ensure you aren't just burning calories but also building stamina. We end every session with 5 to 10 minutes of yoga-inspired stretching to ensure your muscles recover properly and you avoid injury.
Our Facility
We prioritize your comfort and safety. Both our studios in Vivek Vihar (Delhi) and Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) feature:
- Shock-Absorbent Flooring: Wooden laminate flooring to protect your knees during jumps.
- Full-Length Mirrors: To help you keep your form correct.
