You don't need a long-term commitment to start. We offer a flexible 'pay-per-class' drop-in model if you want to test the waters, or monthly subscriptions if you are ready to make this your go-to workout. Either way, our studio in Sector 20 comes fully equipped with shock-absorbing wooden flooring to keep your joints safe while you groove to the beats.
Think of our studio as the opposite of a boring gym. We focus on the 'masti' (fun) factor, which means 45 minutes of non-stop cardio, Bollywood hits, and Punjabi beats. Our Bolly-Zumba and dance fitness routines are designed for everyone—whether you are a seasoned dancer or someone who has never stepped into a class before.

Class Format
