About High-Energy Group Classes
My 60-minute sessions are designed to feel less like a gym workout and more like a Saturday night party. We start with warm-ups to get the blood flowing, then dive into 45 minutes of high-intensity cardio using a mix of trending Bollywood, Punjabi, and Latin tracks. You do not need to be a trained dancer to keep up—most of our members walk in as beginners and leave with a smile and a serious calorie burn.
The Dance Fitness Flow
Each session is structured to maximize output while keeping the energy sky-high. We spend about 7 to 10 minutes on mobility drills and warm-ups, followed by 45 minutes of consistent movement that targets 500 to 800 calories per session. The final 5 minutes are dedicated to static stretching, ensuring you leave feeling loose and energized rather than just exhausted.
Why This Works for Everyone
It is common to worry about 'having two left feet,' but my classes are built for the beat, not for perfection. Whether you are at 21 Fitness in Vasant Kunj or a studio in Dwarka, the atmosphere is supportive. We do not count reps; we count songs. If you can move to a beat, you can do this. The music ranges from 90s Bollywood hits to the latest Punjabi charts, so there is always a track that gets you moving.
