Age is just a number in my class. It's amazing to see everyone, from kids to adults, finding their groove and getting fit together in our group dance sessions. This is truly fitness for the whole family.
We believe fitness should be fun, not a punishment. Here we are using stability balls and playing games that improve balance and core strength while having a lot of laughs. It's a great stress relief workout.
It’s not always just dance. We also incorporate functional fitness training like tire workouts and step aerobics to build real strength and endurance. This is how we get you tangible results and a full body workout.
I am so proud of our team at the International Yoga Day event with T-Series. It's a privilege to lead such a dedicated group of trainers and share our love for fitness with a wider community.

Whether it's using tractor tires for functional strength or adding Bollywood beats to cardio, I design these sessions so you actually look forward to showing up. How We Approach Fitness
At Anubhuti Yog, my goal is simple: to make sure you walk out of the studio feeling lighter in both body and mood. I have seen too many people quit because they get bored of the same routine, which is why I mix things up.
What You Get
- High-Energy Dance Fitness: We combine Latin rhythms, Pop, and Bollywood tracks to keep your heart rate up. No dance experience is required, just a willingness to move.
- Functional Training: We incorporate step boards and tires to build core strength and endurance. This isn't just about weight loss; it is about functional capability.
- Recovery and Wellness: Every session concludes with yoga-inspired stretching. This is crucial for injury prevention and calming the mind after a high-intensity workout.
Where To Find Us
You can join our batches at our studios in Vivek Vihar, New Delhi, or Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. We maintain a hygienic, air-conditioned environment with wooden flooring to protect your knees and full-length mirrors for form correction.
