You’ll be sweating, laughing, and working your core without even realizing you're exercising. It’s a judgment-free zone—if you’re off-beat, just smile and keep going.

I design my dance fitness sessions to be the 'happy hour' of your day. Whether you are an office team looking to break the ice or a group of friends who want to get moving, my classes blend Zumba, Bollywood, and Bhangra choreography into a cohesive, high-energy session.

- The Mix: I integrate light functional movements like squats and lunges between dance numbers. You get the cardio benefits of a dance class with the toning advantages of a workout.
- The Vibe: We don't do 'serious' faces here. We do loud music, trending tracks, and high-energy routines. If you have a favorite song, shout it out—we might just dance to it.

I'm always honest—this is a workout. You will be out of breath, and yes, your legs might feel it the next day.
