About Our Team & Community Events
When you train or practice with us, you are not just learning from an instructor; you are learning from a team that actively lives what they teach. Whether we are collaborating with partners like T-Series for large-scale wellness events or working with you in a private session, our focus remains consistent: making yoga practical, accessible, and transformative for everyone.
At Anubhuti Yog, we believe that fitness is a collective effort. My team is composed of dedicated practitioners who share a singular mission: to make natural healing through yoga available to everyone in Delhi NCR. We do not just run classes in the studio; we take our expertise to the community.
Our Training Approach
My 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a cornerstone of this community work. I founded this program specifically to help students who might find expensive certifications out of reach. By focusing on hands-on practice, internship opportunities, and real-world application, we ensure our trainers are ready to lead from day one. It is not just about earning a certificate; it is about building a career that allows you to help others, just as we do.
Community & Collaboration
Events like the International Yoga Day collaboration with T-Series (pictured above) are a vital part of who we are. They allow us to connect with a wider audience, from film professionals to students, and show that yoga is not limited to a quiet studio. It is a tool for stress relief, physical healing, and mental clarity that belongs in workplaces, schools, and public spaces.
