About Zumba & Bollywood Grooves

We believe that if a workout feels like punishment, you won't stick with it. That is why our Zumba and Bollywood groove sessions are designed to lift your mood as much as your fitness levels. We keep the lights dimmed, the volume high, and the choreography simple enough that anyone can join in, regardless of their experience level.
Our classes take place in air-conditioned studios in Krishna Nagar, Mayur Vihar, and Shalimar Garden. We provide all the necessary equipment, including high-volume sound systems to keep the energy up.
