About Course Information & Announcements
Our training focuses on weekend batches to help working professionals and students balance their commitments. You get hands-on experience through a mandatory 2-month internship, ensuring you start teaching with confidence well before your final exam. We have both full professional courses and a merit-based scholarship available for dedicated Delhi NCR residents, so please check our specific batch intake requirements before you reach out.
Your Path to Certification
We believe in learning by doing. Our 200-hour course is not just about memorizing theory; it is about standing on the mat and teaching. We ensure you cover anatomy, asanas, and meditation while gaining the confidence to lead a class on day one.
Course Structure
- Weekend Intensive: Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays. This is specifically designed for those who cannot leave their current job or studies but want to pursue a career in yoga.
- Practical Internship: You will undergo a 2-month internship. This is where you learn to handle a real class, correct postures, and manage the energy of a room.
- Certification: We prepare you for the Quality Council of India (QCI) and Ministry of AYUSH Level-1 exam. Your certificate is recognized by the Yoga Alliance and the Government of India, making you eligible for jobs in schools, gyms, studios, and even government institutions.
Scholarship vs. Professional Course
We run two types of cohorts at our Vivek Vihar and Indirapuram studios:
- Merit-Based Scholarship: This is for students who are dedicated but need financial support. It requires a refundable registration deposit, which you get back after completing the course and meeting the 75% attendance requirement. It is an honest commitment from our side to help you succeed.
- Professional Certification: This is our full-fee course. It includes your examination fees, printed study materials, and direct placement counseling to help you find work in studios or start your own private practice.
Career Support
Once you graduate, you are not on your own. We provide placement assistance to help you secure roles in corporate houses or fitness centers. Our goal is to make sure that 'na na karte hue bhi' (even at a bare minimum), you have the skills to support yourself and grow your income through yoga.
