About this collection
We skip the theory-heavy approach in favor of real, hands-on teaching experience. During our 2-month mandatory internship, you get to lead actual sessions, which bridges the gap between learning an asana and understanding how to teach it. Whether you want to work in a gym, a school, or start your own private practice, we help you get there by focusing on classroom management and authentic instruction.
