During our 2-month mandatory internship, you get to lead actual sessions, which bridges the gap between learning an asana and understanding how to teach it. Whether you want to work in a gym, a school, or start your own private practice, we help you get there by focusing on classroom management and authentic instruction.
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is structured to be the start of your professional journey, not just a certificate on your wall. We believe that you only truly learn when you teach, which is why our curriculum is heavily weighted toward practical application.
