Practical Hands-On Yoga Teacher Training
My training isn't just about reading textbooks. We spend our weekends on the mat, mastering asanas through direct practice, personal adjustments, and real-time guidance.
A glimpse into our daily practice sessions. You can see students moving through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and other asana flows. This consistent practice builds strength, flexibility, and a deep understanding of each pose.
An instructor guides students in Pawanmuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose). We maintain small batches to ensure every student gets personal attention and corrections, which is crucial for learning to teach safely.
This video captures the vibrant energy of a live training session. You can see the focus and dedication of our students as they learn to master different yoga postures and teaching methodologies in a supportive group setting.
Here, students are practicing a variation of a supine stretch. I ensure that you learn not just the main poses but also their variations and how to adapt them for different body types and flexibility levels.
A class in progress, with students holding a leg-stretching asana. The mirrored walls in our studio help you self-correct your posture and observe your alignment, an important skill for any aspiring yoga teacher.
A student practices Salamba Sirsasana (Supported Headstand) using blocks for support. We teach you how to use props correctly to make advanced poses accessible and safe for your future students.
Watch a student transition smoothly from Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) into an arm balance. Our training focuses on building the core strength and stability required for advanced asanas.
About this collection
You won't find large, impersonal lectures here. In my weekend sessions, I limit batch sizes specifically so I can physically correct your alignment and teach you how to use props like blocks and straps safely. When you practice here, you learn how to adjust others—a skill you will need the moment you start teaching your own classes.
Moving Beyond Theory
Teaching yoga is a physical skill, not just a theoretical one. In this course, you will learn how to read bodies. My students spend their time in the studio working on posture, sequencing, and the subtle art of giving hands-on adjustments without causing injury. We use our mirrored studios in Vivek Vihar and Indirapuram to ensure you can self-correct your own form, which is the first step in learning to correct others.
What We Cover

Your Schedule & Certification
I understand that many of you are working professionals or students, so I designed our 200-hour certification to fit your life. Classes are strictly on Saturdays and Sundays. By the time you complete your hours, you will hold a certificate recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH and Yoga Alliance, opening doors to work in gyms, schools, or private practice.
My goal isn't just to help you finish a course; it is to make sure you are confident enough to lead a class the day after you graduate. We provide placement assistance and counseling to help you find your footing in the wellness industry.
