Forget air-conditioned machines and mirrors. At my club, we use bodyweight, track drills, and pure willpower to build the engine you need to fight.

A group of fighters after a tough strength and conditioning session. Building a strong back and core is essential for punching power.

My fighters showing the results of their hard work. A strong physique is earned through consistent training and discipline.

A fighter doing pull ups while the team watches. We push each other to get stronger. This is about building upper body and grip strength.

Duck walks are a classic boxing drill for building leg strength and endurance. I'm correcting a young fighter's form to ensure he gets the most out of it.

Wall sits to build isometric leg strength. This kind of conditioning helps a fighter stay strong in their stance throughout a long match.

Coaching a young athlete through his duck walks. Proper form is crucial to prevent injury and build functional strength.

About this collection

Don't expect to just walk in and lift weights. Our conditioning involves two-hour jump rope sessions, lunges with punches, and track sprints that push your aerobic base to the limit. If you want to build the explosive power and stamina of a fighter, be prepared to do the work that others call too hard.

The Philosophy of Functional Grit

Boxing isn't about looking good in a gym mirror; it's about staying fast and dangerous for the full duration of a match. That’s why we avoid fancy machines. My training focuses on functional conditioning—movements that translate directly into ring performance.

What "Raw Conditioning" Actually Means

When you train with us at Peenya, you aren't paying for equipment access; you're paying for a system.

  • Old-School Calisthenics: We use duck walks, frog jumps, and wall sits to build isometric strength and leg durability. These are the foundations of your stance.
  • Cardio & Stamina: You will run, skip rope, and sprint. My warmups sometimes include two-hour jump rope sessions, not just to warm up, but to build the mental and physical endurance a fight demands.
  • Explosive Power: We mix strength work with shadow boxing using light weights. You learn to throw every punch from your legs and core, not just your shoulders.

Who Should Join?

Whether you are 12 or 40, if you can handle the sweat, you belong here. This environment is built for people who want to earn their progress, not buy it. We are in Vidya Nagar, and our doors are open to anyone who is ready to put in the work. Mudichiduvo.

I built this club in Nagasandra from cracked floors because I believe fighting is for everyone who respects the discipline. I don't care about your fitness level today; I care about whether you'll show up tomorrow to earn your strength.
