Sparring: The Real Test

This is where you put it all together. We start light and controlled to build your confidence and technique, whether you're a man, woman, or kid. Sparring days are about building resilience and thinking like a fighter, not just mindless aggression.

Women in the Ring

We have a lot of women who train and fight hard here. This ain't a boys' club; it's a fighters' club. Whether for fitness, self defense, or competition, everyone shows up to hustle, improve, and push their limits.

Personalized Training: Drills & Technique

In one on one sessions and small groups, I focus on your form. We work on everything from footwork and defense to punch combinations on the mitts and pads. This is where you get real, personalized coaching to build your skills from the ground up.

Raw Conditioning

You won't find fancy machines here. We build fighters with old school, effective workouts that build true functional strength and endurance. This includes everything from sprints and jump rope to bodyweight exercises and resistance training.

The Grind: Bag & Shadow Boxing

A lot of boxing is the work you put in by yourself. This is where you drill combinations, perfect your movement, and build endurance on the heavy bag. It's just you, your shadow, and the bag.
