About Sparring: The Real Test

We don't throw you into the deep end without a plan. Our Friday sparring is controlled and technical—whether you are a beginner or a veteran, we focus on timing, distance, and ring IQ, not just who hits harder. Headgear is provided, and safety is the priority so you can walk out of the ring and come back to train the next day.
