Combat Fitness and Boxing Conditioning
We don't do fluff here, just raw technical drills and functional conditioning to build your fighting spirit. Ready to put in the work?
A fighter works on his punches with the heavy bag. This drill is fundamental for improving punching power, technique, and cardiovascular endurance, all while relieving stress.
Pad work is where we sharpen reaction time and combinations. Here, I'm working with a fighter on his punch accuracy and defensive head movement, simulating a real opponent.
A female member of our tribe practicing her striking combinations on the focus mitts. This is a core part of our training for developing speed, power, and real self defense skills.
A member practices powerful roundhouse kicks on the heavy bag. This Muay Thai technique is essential for developing hip torque and explosive leg strength.
A glimpse into our strength and conditioning circuits. We use a mix of weighted push ups, kettlebell squats, and core exercises to build the functional muscle that supports combat skills.
A typical group session in progress. You can see members practicing footwork drills with sticks for balance, while others are in the middle of a conditioning set of push ups.
This is shadow boxing. It's not about hitting anything, but about perfecting form, footwork, and head movement until it becomes second nature.
About this collection
Don't expect air-conditioned comfort or rows of generic treadmills at our RK Hegde Nagar gym. Our sessions are warehouse-style, focusing on raw conditioning, pad work, and technical drills that build actual fighting capability. You will sweat, learn correct footwork, and use bodyweight, kettlebells, and heavy bags to build real athletic endurance.
Our gym is built for one purpose: progress. Whether you are aiming to pick up boxing for self-defense or want the conditioning of a professional fighter, we keep it simple. You start with the basics—proper stance, head movement, and punch mechanics. We don't just put you on a bag; we teach you how to move, react, and recover.
The Grind sessions are split between technical combat drills and strength circuits. We use traditional boxing mitt work to build coordination and speed. This is paired with functional strength training—pull-ups, kettlebell squats, and medicine ball slams—to ensure your body handles the demands of combat sports without breaking down.
This environment isn't for those looking for a quick fix. You earn every result here. We cater to everyone from absolute beginners to those looking to spar, with safety being our absolute priority. Sparring is strictly controlled and reserved only for those who demonstrate the necessary technique and maturity. If you are willing to put in the time and show up consistently, we provide the tools to build a stronger, more resilient version of yourself.
Tiger Tongue
I’m a para-athlete who has been through the toughest fights, both inside and outside the ring. I built this gym because I wanted a space that treats you like an athlete, not a customer. You bring the will to change, and I will give you the technical skills and conditioning to make it happen.
