Our Approach to Wellness
We view wellness as a spectrum. On one end, we offer high-intensity nervous system training, such as our guided breathwork and ice bath immersions. These sessions are designed to build resilience and mental clarity, providing a controlled environment to challenge your boundaries. On the other end, we prioritize slowing down with sound healing journeys using Tibetan bowls and gentle Yin yoga, which help you release stored tension in the body and mind.
The Space and Community
Located in a converted bungalow in Khar West, our studio offers a quiet, AC-controlled environment with wooden flooring. We believe the environment matters as much as the practice. After a workshop, many of our members stay back at our on-site cafe to enjoy a plant-based meal, share insights from the session, or simply connect with others in the community. It is a space where you can be yourself, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
