About Professional Development Workshops
What Drives Us
I see learning as a never-ending journey. If you’re someone who wants to dig deeper, grow your skills, or even turn a passion into work, I’ve shaped these workshops for you. It’s about feeding mind and body, connecting with what feels real inside, and sometimes just letting yourself dive all in.
How You Can Grow With Us
- Yoga Teacher Certification Program: My 200-hour courses cover Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and also pranayama and meditation. I keep group sizes small so you actually get noticed and mentored, not lost in a crowd. Most batches happen in peaceful spots like Bali, where you can focus without distractions.
- Barista Training Workshops: If you’re into coffee, I run hands-on skill building sessions with groups like the Coffee Board of India. You’ll learn from the basics to pro tips, whether you’re just a home brewer or looking to work in cafes.
- Holistic Wellness Retreats: These are more than holidays. You might practice Ashtanga with teachers from Mysore, or learn Ayurveda nutrition course basics from a real chef. Usually in places like Dharamshala, open to every level.
- Sometimes I also curate packages for big yoga festivals, so you get to meet gurus from all over and connect with others who care about the same stuff.
Real Teachers, Real Community
I only work with people who know their stuff - from PhDs in Yoga to certified trainers. You’ll learn with others who are genuinely into it, not just passing by. We’re all about growing together, sharing stories, and finding your own Shakti. If you want real guidance and a place to belong, this is it.

My Story
We’re Anokhi Garden, born outta Mysore roots, planted in Mumbai’s hustle. We wanted a spot where folks could just chill, breathe, and eat good food. Not just a studio or a cafe, more like a garden—where you grow, hang out, or sip coffee solo. Sometimes you’ll find us hosting soulful gatherings, sometimes it’s just quiet healing vibes. Srinatha Sir from Mysore drops by, and the vegan french toast? Pure comfort. Come as you are, find your corner.
