I create spaces where you can step back from busy life and really tune in to yourself. My retreats aren’t just a break or holiday - they’re a chance to reset, slow down, and reconnect, whether that’s in my Mysore garden home, up in Dharamshala, or out in Bali. The focus? Deep nourishment for body and mind. I won’t promise miracles, but you’ll get time, guidance, and space to move, breathe, and just be.

Retreat Options

  • Mysore yoga retreat: A 7-day “reset” at my peaceful home, with daily asana, pranayama, kriyas, Trataka, chanting, and healthy food. Expect a mix of movement and quiet, with digital detox and nature walks. Mornings start with practice, evenings wind down with calming rituals. Not fancy, but real and grounding.
  • Mountain Soul in Dharamshala: Ashtanga & Ayurveda wellness experience for all levels. Led by Tapan and Sahana, with healing Ayurvedic meals, Kashayas, and cultural evenings. You’ll leave knowing more about your own rhythms.
  • Yoga teacher training Bali: 21 days in Ubud, at an open-air Yogashala. Dive into Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, advanced pranayama, teaching skills, and yogic philosophy. Not easy, but transformative.
  • Community yoga festival: All-inclusive package for the Mysuru Yoga Utsava - stay with me, eat with me, and join workshops, masterclasses, and performances with teachers from everywhere.

My Story

We’re Anokhi Garden, born outta Mysore roots, planted in Mumbai’s hustle. We wanted a spot where folks could just chill, breathe, and eat good food. Not just a studio or a cafe, more like a garden—where you grow, hang out, or sip coffee solo. Sometimes you’ll find us hosting soulful gatherings, sometimes it’s just quiet healing vibes. Srinatha Sir from Mysore drops by, and the vegan french toast? Pure comfort. Come as you are, find your corner.

My Work

Yoga & Wellness Classes - Daily sessions: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative. Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga and more, for every level.
