Our Sadanandanagar studio is set up to be a judgment-free sanctuary where you can finally put down the mental load of the week and just be.
Our approach to wellness is built on 'integrative healing,' which simply means we combine ancient sound vibrations with modern mindfulness practices. Whether it is a group sound bath session or a private one-on-one consultation, the goal is always to clear energetic blocks and help your nervous system regulate. We host these sessions in our own space in Sadanandanagar, and we frequently travel to various yoga studios across Whitefield and Indiranagar to bring the practice to your neighborhood.
For those who prefer a different kind of quiet, our terrarium workshops offer a tactile form of therapy. There is something grounding about getting your hands dirty with soil and plants that helps clear the mind faster than talking ever could. We handle all the materials—glass bowls, succulents, soil, and tools—so you can just walk in and create.
We also work extensively with corporate teams, designing wellness 'green breaks' that help employees manage stress and reconnect, either at your office or via our online modules. If you are attending an in-person session, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. For sound healing, please bring your own yoga mat for hygiene, but we provide the gongs, Tibetan bowls, and crystal elements.
