About Breathwork & Ice Bath Immersion
Many people worry about the cold, but the magic here is in the preparation. We spend nearly an hour on guided breathing techniques before you ever touch the ice, which completely changes your body's reaction to the temperature. It turns a physical shock into a meditative process where you are fully in control of your response.
Your Nervous System Reset
Our sessions in Khar West are designed to move you out of the 'fight or flight' mode that city life often keeps us stuck in. By combining trauma-informed breathwork with controlled cold exposure, we help you tap into your body's own pharmacy. You aren't just sitting in cold water; you are actively regulating your nervous system.
What to Expect
We keep these sessions intimate with 9 to 12 participants, ensuring you get personal guidance from facilitators like Rumi.
- The Breathwork Phase: We begin with 45 to 60 minutes of conscious breathing. This is where you release mental tension and build the focus required for the plunge.
- The Ice Bath: Guided by one-on-one coaching, you step into the ice tubs (5°C to 10°C). Our facilitators help you manage your panic response, teaching you how to use your breath to stay present rather than fighting the cold.
- Integration: We wrap up with a grounding circle, warm herbal tea, and time to connect with the community.
