I wanted a spot in the city where you could just take a breath and slow down. Here, you get to reconnect - with yourself, with others who care, and with the kind of energy that makes you feel at home. It’s not about fancy routines or big promises. It’s just about showing up, as you are.

What’s Happening Here

  • Our wellness workshops & experiences run mostly on weekends. Sometimes you’ll find me hosting, sometimes we bring in facilitators from all over.
  • Breathwork and ice bath experience: If you want something intense, try our guided breathwork and ice bath sessions. They’re tough, but you walk out feeling alive and super clear-headed.
  • Sound bath therapy for relaxation: For deep rest, we offer sound healing journeys using Tibetan bowls, chimes, sometimes paired with gentle Yin yoga. You can let go of stress and just melt for a while.
  • Yoga workshops: We bring in teachers for special sessions - think trauma-informed yoga, fun partner yoga, or big events like International Yoga Day with 108 Suryanamaskars and Kirtan. There’s always something new.
  • Creative hands-on wellness sessions: If your hands need to move, join us for candle-making, planting microgreens, or potting plants. Nature and creativity are the best medicine.

My Story

We’re Anokhi Garden, born outta Mysore roots, planted in Mumbai’s hustle. We wanted a spot where folks could just chill, breathe, and eat good food. Not just a studio or a cafe, more like a garden—where you grow, hang out, or sip coffee solo. Sometimes you’ll find us hosting soulful gatherings, sometimes it’s just quiet healing vibes. Srinatha Sir from Mysore drops by, and the vegan french toast? Pure comfort. Come as you are, find your corner.

My Work

Yoga & Wellness Classes - Daily sessions: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative. Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga and more, for every level.

Workshops & Healing - Sound bath meditation, breathwork, ice baths, face yoga, chakra healing, dance movement therapy.

Vegan Friendly Cafe - Nourishing food—vegan smoothie bowls, avo toast, guilt-free desserts. Plant-based, feel-good meals.

Events & Community - Mindful birthday events, soulful gatherings, private and team celebrations with yoga and wholesome food.
