About Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Pregnancy isn't a one-size-fits-all experience, and neither is our approach. We use Iyengar-style wall ropes, bolsters, and blocks to modify poses so you can safely create space in your torso and ease lower back tension, regardless of your trimester. These aren't just props; they are essential tools that allow us to adjust the intensity of your practice to match your daily energy levels, focusing on pelvic floor health and deep, steady breathing.
