Rooted in traditional Hatha, our classes help you find balance (svastha) between strength and flexibility. We focus on building a sustainable practice that serves your life off the mat.

A glimpse into our Saturday morning restorative practice. We use props like chairs, bolsters, and straps to help the body release deeply held tension from the week and reset the nervous system.

Experiencing lower back pain during asana practice often points to hip alignment. In our classes, we focus on such foundational corrections to ensure a safe and effective practice.

Yoga is a practice of transformation that goes beyond the physical. Here, a teacher assists a student in Ustrasana (Camel Pose), guiding them to open their heart with support and awareness.

A look inside our workshop on Tadasana (Mountain Pose). This foundational posture is the blueprint for all other asanas, and understanding its alignment is key to a stable and engaged practice.

Our group classes are a ritual of collective energy and individual focus. Here you can see students of different levels building a strong practice together, from dynamic poses to partner work.

Playfulness is key to progress. Using props like a chair can help you build the strength and confidence needed to approach challenging poses like a handstand safely.

A restorative pose using blocks and a bolster to gently open the chest and regulate the nervous system. This is a perfect way to begin a new year or reset after a stressful period.

The beauty of a group class is seeing students inspire one another. The collective energy in the room motivates everyone to explore their practice more deeply.

The Surya Namaskara, or Sun Salutation, is a foundational practice for restoring the body's natural circadian rhythm. This collage shows the sequence of alternating bends that awakens the entire system.

A peek into our evening class, ending with a supported relaxation pose. Yoga adds life to your years by teaching you how to pause, breathe, and find stillness amidst the flow.

About Hatha Yoga: Foundation & Flow

Our classes are not about holding poses for performance; they are about understanding your body’s mechanics. Whether we are using wall ropes to safely explore inversions or blocks to refine your alignment, we ensure you move with awareness. It is less about being flexible and more about finding the steadiness required to sustain your practice for the long term.

Our Hatha practice is split into two distinct paths to ensure you progress at your own pace. If you are starting out or looking to rebuild your basics, our Abhyasa sessions focus on gentle alignment and establishing a routine that respects your current capacity. For those with over a year of consistent practice, our Sadhana classes dive into the mechanics of movement, Pranic energetics, and deeper philosophy.

In our JP Nagar studio, we focus on maintaining natural muscle warmth rather than relying on artificial climate control. You will find wall ropes, bolsters, and wooden blocks integrated into your practice, acting as extensions of your body to help you gain confidence in poses that might otherwise feel inaccessible.

Because we believe yoga is a community journey, we offer a hybrid model, allowing you to attend in person or join via Zoom if you are traveling or stuck in traffic. Whether you are working on your Tadasana alignment or exploring restorative sequences, our goal is to help you leave the mat feeling steadier, not just more tired.
