Our studio is a simple, sunlit sanctuary in JP Nagar, designed to help you feel focused and at home. We provide all the necessary props, ropes, and a spacious, calming environment for your practice.

Hatha Yoga: Foundation & Flow

Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga, our classes balance strength with flexibility and movement with rest. We offer Abhyasa sessions for beginners to build basics and Sadhana classes for experienced practitioners to dive deeper.

Aerial Yoga: Defy Gravity

Experience the playful freedom of practicing yoga with the support of a hammock. Our aerial yoga classes help decompress the spine, build strength, and are suitable for all levels, no experience required.

Yoga for Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra & Pranayama)

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
