Junior Athletics & Fitness Program
Schedule
- 3 to 4 sessions weekly (Evening slots).
- 60 minutes per session.
- Group batch size of 10 to 15 students.
- Held at designated parks in Sector 45, 50, and 99.
Training Modules
- Dynamic stretching and injury prevention warmups.
- Agility ladder drills and cone work for foot coordination.
- Introduction to sprint posture and running mechanics.
- Recreational fitness games and relay races.
Safety & Feedback
- Continuous supervision during all drills.
- Periodic verbal progress updates on stamina and physical literacy.
Competitive Athletics & Army Recruitment Training
Training Schedule
- 6 days a week intensity (Morning & Evening options).
- 90 to 120 minutes per session.
- Mix of dirt track endurance and strength conditioning.
Event Focus
- Track: 100m/200m sprints and 1600m army trial runs.
- Field: Long Jump mechanics including approach run and landing.
- Cross country endurance runs.
Physical Conditioning
- Bodyweight circuits (pushups, core) and stair running.
- Plyometric drills for explosive power.
- Tactical pacing strategies for timed runs.
Support
- Traditional diet planning (Desi nutrition focus).
- Form correction via occasional video analysis.
- Assistance with district or marathon registrations.
1-on-1 Personal Performance Training
Program Structure
- 12 dedicated sessions per month (3 per week).
- 60 to 75 minute duration per slot.
- Venue flexibility (Client preferred park or Partner Gym).
Custom Training
- Goal specific plans (Marathon prep, weight loss, or general mobility).
- Hybrid training: Outdoor running drills combined with gym strength work.
- Biomechanical gait and posture correction.
Personal Support
- Real time monitoring and immediate feedback.
- Recovery protocols including stretching and foam rolling advice.
- Direct access to coach for off day diet and gear queries.

Dekho, jo kaam karte ho, dil se karo. That's how I do athletics coaching. I’ve learned that pure intention and full involvement get you results - not shortcuts or show-off. If you join me, expect real grind, real support, and zero drama.
What We Train
- Sprint and endurance training sessions are our base. We hit tracks, parks, even treadmills - you’ll get used to all conditions.
- Long jump technique coaching, something close to my heart as a former athlete. We break down form and focus on explosive power.
- General fitness - bodyweight drills, gym work, agility ladders, cones. We build stamina and strength for all sports.
- Army physical test preparation, for those aiming at armed forces. I know what they want and I’ll push you to clear those levels.

- Kids and youth wanting to become Future Champs at district or national level.
- Adults who’re bored of regular gyms and want to train like an athlete.
- Army aspirants needing that extra edge for entrance exams.
How We Train
We train as a group - energy, friendly competition, and Noida ki mitti (Noida’s soil) under your shoes. Sometimes we’re at a pro track, sometimes in the park, sometimes in the gym. It’s never boring, always tough.

My Story
Jai Shree Ram! I’m Alok Chauhan, athlete and coach. Khiladi ki zindagi, boss, full of struggle - shoes ka tension, supplements ka jugaad, ek choti si chot sab kuch bigaad sakti hai (players deal with so much, even a small injury can ruin it all). I’ve played at Nationals, so I know the grind. Whoever comes to me, I give my full support, dil se. When my students win, it’s like I’m winning too. Bas, jo bhi karo, poore dil se karo - God helps.
