My Coaching Philosophy

Dekho, jo kaam karte ho, dil se karo. That's how I do athletics coaching. I’ve learned that pure intention and full involvement get you results - not shortcuts or show-off. If you join me, expect real grind, real support, and zero drama.

What We Train

  • Sprint and endurance training sessions are our base. We hit tracks, parks, even treadmills - you’ll get used to all conditions.
  • Long jump technique coaching, something close to my heart as a former athlete. We break down form and focus on explosive power.
  • General fitness - bodyweight drills, gym work, agility ladders, cones. We build stamina and strength for all sports.
  • Army physical test preparation, for those aiming at armed forces. I know what they want and I’ll push you to clear those levels.

  • Kids and youth wanting to become Future Champs at district or national level.
  • Adults who’re bored of regular gyms and want to train like an athlete.
  • Army aspirants needing that extra edge for entrance exams.

How We Train

We train as a group - energy, friendly competition, and Noida ki mitti (Noida’s soil) under your shoes. Sometimes we’re at a pro track, sometimes in the park, sometimes in the gym. It’s never boring, always tough.

My Journey

Ek khiladi hi doosre khiladi ki mushkile samajh sakta hai (Only an athlete understands another athlete’s struggle). I’ve competed at national level, so I know every challenge. My promise - I’ll give all my heart to help you become your best.

My Story

Jai Shree Ram! I’m Alok Chauhan, athlete and coach. Khiladi ki zindagi, boss, full of struggle - shoes ka tension, supplements ka jugaad, ek choti si chot sab kuch bigaad sakti hai (players deal with so much, even a small injury can ruin it all). I’ve played at Nationals, so I know the grind. Whoever comes to me, I give my full support, dil se. When my students win, it’s like I’m winning too. Bas, jo bhi karo, poore dil se karo - God helps.
