Running on a treadmill is a great way to build cardiovascular endurance. I always focus on maintaining proper form, even during indoor running sessions, to maximize benefits and prevent injury.

Upper body strength is vital for athletes. Here, I am demonstrating a pull up, a fundamental exercise for building back and arm muscles. My fitness classes incorporate these bodyweight challenges.

Building a strong back is key for overall fitness and posture. This video shows a bent over barbell row, an exercise we use in our gym sessions to develop posterior chain strength.

  • Endurance & Stamina: We don't just walk on a treadmill. We focus on sprint mechanics and distance running. I will help you pace your runs and teach you how to breathe under pressure.
  • Army & Physical Test Prep: If you are prepping for recruitment trials, I know exactly what the trainers look for. We work on the 1600m run, pushups, and the core stability you need to clear the field tests.

My Philosophy

Khiladi ki zindagi (the life of an athlete) is full of struggle, but it is rewarding. I don't believe in shortcuts or fancy machines. I believe in Noida ki mitti (Noida's soil) under your shoes, consistent effort, and a coach who cares whether you win or lose.
