I am Alok, a former athlete who knows what it takes to perform. Whether you are training for Army recruitment or just want to build real strength, my sessions in Noida are about sweat, discipline, and results.

I believe in training my future champions on professional tracks. Here you can see my students at the Future Champ Athletics Academy during a speed workout session, pushing their limits. This is what real athletics training looks like.

This is why I do what I do. Congratulations to my champions Arnab and Mahi for their victory. Seeing my students on the podium after all their hard work is the greatest reward for a coach.

As a coach, I lead by example. This is from my own performance at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, where I ranked 14th in my category. I know the grind because I live the grind.

Only an athlete can understand another athlete's struggle. This video shares my core belief that coaching is about more than just technique, it's about understanding the sacrifices and challenges of this journey.

Training should be effective and fun, especially for young athletes. Here are my champions from the Noida Sector 99 academy working on their agility and coordination with jumping jacks. Their energy is everything.

About Featured

I focus on the grind. We do not use fancy machines because you cannot carry them to a race. We train on Noida's tracks and park grounds using bodyweight and explosive drills. If you want to build stamina for a 1600m run or just get fit, my focus is on keeping your form tight and your effort consistent.
