I am Alok, a former athlete who knows what it takes to perform. Whether you are training for Army recruitment or just want to build real strength, my sessions in Noida are about sweat, discipline, and results.

As a coach, I lead by example. This is from my own performance at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, where I ranked 14th in my category. I know the grind because I live the grind.

I focus on the grind. We do not use fancy machines because you cannot carry them to a race. We train on Noida's tracks and park grounds using bodyweight and explosive drills. If you want to build stamina for a 1600m run or just get fit, my focus is on keeping your form tight and your effort consistent.
I believe that if you want to be a champion, you have to train like one. Coaching is not just about counting reps, it is about understanding the struggle of a player. When I work with you, I look at your biomechanics, your diet, and your mental approach. My coaching programs in Noida cover three main areas. Youth Athletics focuses on foundational fitness for kids, building speed and agility so they can compete at district and national levels. The Competitive and Army Training tracks are for those who need to clear physical trials. We do six-day intensive sessions, focusing on 1600m run times, long jump techniques, and plyometric power. For adults, I design hybrid plans that mix outdoor running with gym strength work, perfect for marathon runners or anyone wanting to lose weight the athletic way. You will find me coaching in parks across Sector 45, 50, and 99. The environment is supportive, but expect tough love because that is what gets results.
