Real tracks, real sweat, and pure grit. I help young athletes in Noida build the foundation to compete at the district and national levels.

The start of a cross country race for the Under 20 boys. This is where grit and endurance are tested. My students are prepared for these moments through rigorous long distance running practice.

Group warm ups are essential for preventing injury and building team spirit. My students at the Sector 45 academy are performing synchronized jumping jacks to get their bodies ready for the day's athletic drills.

Here, my young athletes are practicing arm rotation and mobility exercises in a park. This kind of dynamic stretching is crucial for sprinters and jumpers to improve their range of motion.

Coaching starts with the basics. I am instructing two of my youngest athletes on proper posture and form on the track. Building the right habits early is the key to a long and successful athletic career.

About Future Champs: Youth Athletics

We do not just run; we build the engine. My sessions combine agility ladder drills, explosive sprints, and mobility work, moving between Noida's local parks and professional tracks. You will need to commit to at least 3 to 4 sessions a week for any real change in form or stamina, but I promise the grind will be worth it.

Training with a Purpose

Athletics is not just about being fast; it is about having the discipline to show up every day. In our sessions, we focus on the basics of sprint mechanics, long jump technique, and dynamic stretching to keep injuries at bay. Whether we are training in Sector 45, 50, or 99, the objective remains the same: building strength, agility, and coordination.

Why My Coaching is Different

I treat every student like a future national athlete. We do not use fancy machines that distract you from the work. Instead, we use your own body weight, cones, and the ground beneath your feet.

  • Form Correction: I watch every step, jump, and landing. If your posture is wrong, we fix it immediately so you do not carry bad habits into your competitions.
  • Consistency: My batches are small, typically 10 to 15 students, which allows me to give individual feedback to every single kid.
  • Holistic Growth: It is not just about the medals. We focus on stamina, physical literacy, and building that competitive fire that stays with you long after the training session ends.

What You Need to Know

This program is demanding. It is designed for students aged 6 to 14 who are serious about their sport. We train outdoors in various conditions, so expect to work hard, rain or shine. If you are looking for a casual activity, this might not be the right fit. But if you want to push your limits and see how far you can go, you belong on this track with us.
