Why I Coach

Jo bhi karta hoon, dil se karta hoon. (Whatever I do, I do it with full heart.) I've been through the grind as a national-level athlete, so I know what discipline and pushing your limits actually feels like. Now, I bring that same energy to fitness training, whether you’re just starting out or chasing bigger goals.

How We Train

  • Personal training: Focused, one-on-one sessions. I pay close attention to your technique, form, and actual progress, not just counting reps.
  • Group workouts: Outdoor fitness classes in Noida, especially through my academy. These sessions have a lot of energy, and you’ll build stamina and agility while training alongside others.

What Happens in a Session

  • We mix it up. Cardio drills like running, high-knees, ladder work for agility training sessions, and jumping jacks.
  • Strength work: Free weights, gym machines, plus bodyweight stuff like push-ups and pull-ups. Functional strength workouts are a big part of my style.
  • Core: Planks, leg raises, medicine ball work. I don’t skip the basics.

Where We Train

Sessions happen both in Noida gyms and outdoor parks. I keep it flexible - sometimes indoors for focused strength, sometimes outside for running and group vibes. Areas I cover: Sector 45, 50, 93, 99, 100, 37, and 46.

Fitness ka asli maza tab aata hai jab mehnat dikhne lagti hai. (The real fun of fitness starts when you see your effort paying off.)

My Story

Jai Shree Ram! I’m Alok Chauhan, athlete and coach. Khiladi ki zindagi, boss, full of struggle - shoes ka tension, supplements ka jugaad, ek choti si chot sab kuch bigaad sakti hai (players deal with so much, even a small injury can ruin it all). I’ve played at Nationals, so I know the grind. Whoever comes to me, I give my full support, dil se. When my students win, it’s like I’m winning too. Bas, jo bhi karo, poore dil se karo - God helps.

My Work

Athletics & Fitness Coaching - We coach running, long jump, and fitness. Beginners or pros, sabko guide karte hain (we guide everyone).
