I believe a coach must first be an athlete. To guide you through the grind, I continue to compete in marathons and track events, testing my own limits so I can push yours.

As a coach, I lead by example. This is from my own performance at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, where I ranked 14th in my category. I know the grind because I live the grind.

The finisher's medal. This isn't just a piece of metal, it's a symbol of months of hard work, discipline, and crossing the finish line. A proud moment from the Vedanta Half Marathon.

Running towards the entrance of Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. The energy of a marathon day is unmatched. I train my students to be ready for this level of competition.

At the 9 KM mark of the Open 10K run. Endurance running is about pacing yourself and pushing through the mental barriers, something I teach in my endurance training sessions.

At the starting area of the Vedanta Half Marathon. Being surrounded by thousands of fellow runners is a huge motivation.

My stats for the 10K run. A time of 35 minutes is a result of consistent speed and endurance work. I use this experience to design effective training plans for my students.

A short clip of me after a night race, feeling good with my finisher's medal. Every race is a learning experience.

A selfie from the marathon route. It's important to enjoy the journey, even when it's tough.

Walking through the crowd of runners. The sense of community at these events is incredible.

About My Journey as a Runner

I don't just teach athletics from the sidelines. Whether it's the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon or intense track drills at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, I am constantly training. When I tell you to pace yourself or fix your gait, it’s because I’ve used those same techniques to shave minutes off my own race time. I live the athlete’s life—every early morning run and recovery session—so I know exactly how to prep you for yours.

Coaching is more than just shouting instructions. When you train with me, you’re getting plans built on my own experience as a national-level athlete. I know the mental block at the 10K mark and the physical toll of 1600m army trials.

Why my method works

I combine traditional strength building with modern agility drills. We don't just run; we work on biomechanics. I focus on:

  • Endurance Conditioning: We push beyond the comfort zone, mirroring the intensity of actual marathon days.
  • Form & Gait: Small adjustments in your stride can prevent injuries and increase your speed.
  • Mental Toughness: You need more than legs to finish a race. We build the discipline to keep going when your lungs are burning.

I’m based in Noida and coach across Sector 45, 50, and 99. Whether you’re training for a marathon, aiming for army recruitment, or just want to get fit without the boredom of a commercial gym, we start with the basics and grind until we get results. Poore dil se (with all heart)—that’s the only way to train.
