About Sports Performance & Recovery
What Drives Me
I work with one aim in mind: you don’t play basketball to get fit, you get fit to play basketball. Everything here is built around making you a stronger, faster, and more explosive player who can handle the grind of the court and bounce back from setbacks.
How I Train You
No generic gym stuff. Every strength and conditioning plan is built for you, after checking out where you stand. I use a mix of:
- Periodized training - three phases for strength, stability, and explosive moves
- Basketball-specific plyometrics like box jumps and hop drills for vertical leap
- Sandpits and speed parachutes for outdoor leg power
- Weightlifting (think trap bar deadlifts) for real, on-court strength
It’s not all cheerleading. Sometimes you’ll hear me shout, “kya kar raha hai?” (what are you doing?) if you slack off. That’s just how we keep things real.
Keeping You On Court
I don’t wait for injuries to happen. With help from our in-house physio, mobility is a big focus - especially for your hips. We do drills like 90/90 hip openers and hip crawls. If you’re hurt, I’ll keep you moving with seated drills and skill work.
Recovery Like a Pro
Recovery is planned, not random. We use the Game Ready system for cryotherapy and compression, plus structured rehab if you’re bouncing back from injury. The goal: get you back, safer and stronger, every single time.

My Story
People see our fancy indoor courts, but Akanksha and I, we started with just one outdoor court and a big basketball dream. The 'Singh sisters' passion is our foundation. Six years on, it’s a hoop family vibe here – wins, losses, medals, trips to Singapore and Maldives, pro players dropping by, coaches like Maros and Samson sharing gyaan. Anwar Alam, our coach, says, ‘Maine sabse zyada Delhi women’s team ke saath coaching kiya’ (I've coached Delhi women’s team the most). For us, it’s more than basketball. It’s about growing together, building a community, and giving every kid a shot at something bigger.
