Our strength programs are designed specifically for basketball. We focus on building functional, on-court power through weightlifting and basketball-specific plyometrics, not just generic gym exercises. This includes periodized phases for strength, stability, and explosive power to improve your vertical leap and overall physicality.

Explosive Power & Agility

Speed and the ability to change direction are non-negotiable in basketball. We use a variety of tools and drills, including outdoor speed parachutes, resistance bands, and agility ladders, to make you a faster, more agile, and more explosive player from baseline to baseline.

Injury Prevention & Mobility

The best ability is availability. We place a huge emphasis on prehab and mobility work to keep our athletes on the court. Our routines focus on critical areas for basketball players, especially the hips and ankles, using specific drills like 90/90 hip openers and muscle activation exercises.

Pro-Level Recovery & Rehab

Recovery is a planned and crucial part of our training, not an accident. We use professional-grade systems like Game Ready for cryotherapy and have structured, multi-week rehabilitation plans for injuries. If you're hurt, we keep you engaged with modified drills to ensure you come back stronger.
