- Metrics: Measurement of baseline flexibility, joint range of motion (goniometry), and muscle strength.

- Roadmap: Verbal outline of recommended training timeline tailored to the specific sport.
Elite Sports Conditioning Package
Structure
- Frequency: 12 supervised sessions per month (approx. 3 per week).

Training Regimen
