Basketball Strength and Conditioning Training

You don't play basketball to get fit; you get fit to play basketball. We build explosive, court-ready athletes through periodized training and functional movement.

This is the look of an athlete who is completely locked in. Our sessions combine strength work, agility drills, and game-like finishing moves to build a player who is both powerful and skilled under pressure.

Box jumps are a core part of our plyometric training. Under the guidance of our coaches, athletes develop explosive power, improve their vertical leap, and learn proper landing mechanics to protect their joints.

Our founder discusses the science behind jumping higher. We draw from proven resources like "The Vertical Jump Bible" to create programs that identify whether an athlete is quad-dominant, strength-based, or plyo-based, and then train them accordingly.

Winning battles at the rim requires more than just height. It demands strength, timing, and vertical explosiveness, all of which are systematically developed in our strength and conditioning sessions.

About this collection

Stop treating your basketball training like a generic gym session. We follow a strict triphasic cycle—eccentric for force absorption, isometric for stability, and concentric for explosive speed. Whether you are using our sandpits for low-impact plyometrics or trap bars for posterior chain development, every rep is built to translate directly to the court.

Why Periodization Matters

We do not believe in random workouts. Your performance on the court relies on specific physiological adaptations. Our Triphasic S&C Performance subscription is built on a 3-week cycle. We focus on how you land (eccentric), how you hold your ground (isometric), and how you explode into your shot or layup (concentric). This is not about vanity muscles; it is about building a body that can handle the vertical demand of the game.

The Basketball-First Approach

The biggest difference between a regular fitness trainer and our team is the context. We track your vertical jump capability, agility baselines, and mobility limits from day one. You are not just lifting weights; you are training for the game. We use Pix4Team technology to analyze your movement and make adjustments in real-time. If you are struggling with your vertical leap, we do not just tell you to jump more. We look at your mechanics, check your quad or glute dominance, and adjust your plyometrics accordingly.

Recovery is Part of the Grind

A tired player is an injured player. Our facility at the Padukone-Dravid Center is equipped for professional-grade recovery. From Game Ready cryotherapy for inflammation management to myofascial release for tight hip flexors, we handle the physiological maintenance so you can focus on the technical skill work. If you have been struggling with recurring ankle or knee issues, our 4-week rehab blocks are designed to get you back on the court safely, using progressive loading rather than just total rest. We keep you moving through seated drills and skill work so you never lose your touch while healing.
