Rookie Foundation (U-10)
Core Logistics
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (approx. 12 per month)
- Duration: 60 minutes per session
- Facility: Indoor FIBA Level 2 Wooden Flooring to protect young joints
- Ratio: 1:12 to 1:15 coach-student ratio for social learning
Technical & Equipment
- Adjustable Rims: Exclusive hoops that lower to 6ft or 8ft to ensure proper shooting form
- Equipment: Usage of Size 5 basketballs for appropriate grip
- Curriculum: Fundamentals of stationary dribbling, form shooting, and basic defensive stance
Varsity Competitive Program
Training Volume
- Frequency: Monday to Saturday (5 to 6 days weekly)
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes per session
- Intensity: High-speed game simulation and pressure drills
- Coaching: Led by Senior Coaches with State/National circuit experience
Technology Stack
- Dr. Dish Gun: High-repetition machine allowing 300+ shots in 30 minutes for muscle memory

Strength & Conditioning (S&C)
- Frequency: 3-4 specialized gym sessions per week led by S&C specialists
- Methodology: Triphasic training cycles (Eccentric, Isometric, Concentric) tailored to vertical jump and quickness
- Customization: Individual plans based on initial biomechanical screening
Recovery & Management
- Technology: Usage of Game Ready pneumatic compression and cold therapy system

Find Your Level
Beginner? We’ll help you fall in love with the game. You’ll get the basics right, pass, dribble, shoot, defend - no pressure, just loads of fun, especially for the U-10s with their own court and adjustable hoops.
If you’re already comfortable on court, our sessions get you sharper. We push the pace, fix weak spots, and you start playing at real game speed.
Aiming for the next level? Our advanced basketball skills coaching is intense. You’ll train with and like the pros, work on finishing through contact, advanced footwork, and real team tactics. Sometimes you’ll hear a “kya kar raha hai?” (what are you doing?) from the sidelines - we keep it real.
Building You Up
You don’t play to get fit; you get fit to play. Our basketball strength and conditioning plans are personal and scientific. With our physio, injury recovery is sorted, and we use tech like the Dr. Dish basketball shooting machine and video analysis for basketball players so you see your own game clearly, and improve fast.

My Story
People see our fancy indoor courts, but Akanksha and I, we started with just one outdoor court and a big basketball dream. The 'Singh sisters' passion is our foundation. Six years on, it’s a hoop family vibe here – wins, losses, medals, trips to Singapore and Maldives, pro players dropping by, coaches like Maros and Samson sharing gyaan. Anwar Alam, our coach, says, ‘Maine sabse zyada Delhi women’s team ke saath coaching kiya’ (I've coached Delhi women’s team the most). For us, it’s more than basketball. It’s about growing together, building a community, and giving every kid a shot at something bigger.
