This is what we mean when we say you get fit to play basketball. We connect targeted strength training, like this trap bar deadlift, directly to explosive on-court results like a higher vertical jump and powerful finishes at the rim.

The highlights are earned long before the game starts. Our strength and conditioning programs involve dedicated work with weights, plyometric boxes, and on-court drills to build the power and endurance that nobody sees until it's time to perform.

We take training beyond the court with specialized tools like our sandpit. This resistance training is incredibly effective for building lower body strength, explosive power, and ankle stability, giving our athletes a significant physical advantage.

Meet our in-house physiotherapist, Pujita. Her role is central to our philosophy of keeping athletes healthy and on the court. She leads customized programs focused on strength, injury prevention, and smart recovery.

We use international standard technology to give our athletes an edge. This includes the Dr. Dish for shooting reps, Pix4Team for game analysis, and the Game Ready system for advanced cryotherapy and compression recovery.

Our Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sahil Atri, explains our unique triphasic training methodology. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all programs; every plan is periodized and customized for the individual athlete's needs.

Injury prevention is not an afterthought; it's built into our daily routines. Drills like the 90/90 hip opener are fundamental for improving mobility, which is critical for agility, speed, and reducing the risk of common basketball injuries.

The Methodology

We move away from 'old-school' drills. Our coaches implement a structured, three-week periodization plan.

  • Eccentric Phase: Building the ability to absorb force when you land or decelerate.
  • Isometric Phase: Developing stability, ensuring you hold your ground during physical play.
  • Concentric Phase: Focusing on explosive speed so you can beat your defender to the rim.

Tech-Driven Coaching

We use tools that track your progress objectively. Our facility is equipped with the Dr. Dish shooting machine to increase your repetition volume, and we use Pix4Team auto-tracking cameras to break down your game film. You are not guessing if you are getting better; you are seeing the stats, the shot clock, and the game analysis on FIBA LiveStats.

Recovery and Longevity

An athlete who is injured cannot play. Our in-house physiotherapists integrate injury prevention into every session, focusing on high-risk areas like the hips and ankles with 90/90 openers and mobility drills. If you are recovering, we utilize the Game Ready system for cryotherapy and compression to manage inflammation and get you back on the court safely.
