- Equipment: Includes usage of Training Grade Feather or high-performance hybrid shuttles.
Physical Conditioning
- Agility: 20-30 mins dedicated footwork drills using ladders and cones.
- Strength: Light resistance training using bands and bodyweight exercises like lunges and squats.
- Endurance: Structured running and jump rope routines for cardiovascular base.
- Recovery: Mandatory group cool-down and stretching sessions to prevent injury.
Support & Facilities
- Coaching: Instruction by certified assistant coaches with periodic senior staff oversight.

Elite High-Performance Program
Professional Training Regime
- Volume: Double sessions daily (Morning Fitness/Skills + Evening Gameplay) totaling 4-5 hours per day.
- Attention: Low player-to-coach ratio (approx 1:4) with direct mentorship from senior coaches.
- Gameplay: High-intensity sparring sessions simulating tournament pressure.
- Shuttles: Unlimited usage of Tournament Grade Feather shuttles for accurate flight trajectory.
Sports Science & Health
- Strength & Conditioning: Access to dedicated weight training zone (Free weights, Barbells, Squat racks) with personalized periodization charts.
- Physiotherapy: Access to on-site physio clinic for injury screening, strapping, and recovery management.

I believe in putting in the tough work during training, so matches feel easy. No shortcuts, no excuses. We focus on building a strong mindset and a body that is ready for anything.
How We Shape Players
- Strength & Power: We focus on badminton-specific strength training using free weights, resistance bands, and core work. Every session is about making you stronger so you can dominate those crucial rallies.
- Speed & Agility: Fast footwork, sprint drills with cones and hurdles, and lots of cardio. Sometimes you'll hear me shout, "Chal, come on! Fast kar thoda!" (Let's go, speed up a bit!) because every bit of extra effort counts.
- Mindset & Focus: Mental toughness coaching is a big part of what I do. I mentor you to concentrate, stay resilient, and read the game smartly - because matches are won in the head as much as on the court.
- Fuel & Recovery: We bring in sports nutrition guidance from experts, plus yoga, stretching, and physio care. Recovery and injury prevention strategies are non-negotiable here.

My Story
Badminton's been my life, every smash and sweat. Played against legends, ranked 38 in the world, even got a win over Lin Dan. I started SDBA so kids who dream big get real guidance, not just drills. On court, I see myself in every player—elite or beginner. We push, we fight, we laugh, we win together. This isn’t just an academy, it’s a family. Yeh humara team hai. #DEYS
