Recovery isn't just rest; it's a planned phase of training. We use professional-grade Game Ready tech and structured physio protocols to get you back on court faster.

Our ankle rehabilitation program starts with the basics. In the first week, we focus on gentle, active range of motion exercises to restore movement and promote healing without causing stress to the injured area.

In week two of ankle rehab, we introduce resistance bands. These exercises begin to rebuild strength in the muscles surrounding the ankle, which is critical for providing stability and preventing re-injury.

By the third week, the focus shifts to balance and mobility training. We progress from simple single-leg stands to more dynamic movements, retraining the ankle to be stable and responsive.

In the final week of our ankle rehab protocol, we integrate game skills. Using balance cushions, the athlete performs basketball-specific movements, ensuring the ankle is strong and ready for the demands of the court.

An injury doesn't mean you stop improving. We use seated basketball workouts to keep skills sharp even when an athlete can't run or jump. This includes dribbling drills, form shooting, and Mikan finishes to maintain touch and confidence.

About Pro-Level Recovery & Rehab

Getting back on court isn't about rushing; it’s about a four-week phased return. We map your rehab from initial range of motion exercises and active release therapy to balance work on cushions, ensuring we integrate basketball-specific skills even while you're on the mend. You won't be sitting on the sidelines watching; we use seated basketball drills to keep your touch, handles, and court vision sharp so you don't lose your game while your body heals.
