Move beyond just postures. We blend mindful alignment, breath, and deep release to help you build a sustainable practice that truly feels good in your body. 🙏🏻

Exploring variations in Sirsasana, or headstand. This practice has taught me so much about my body's resilience and the importance of self love. It is a continuous journey of learning to respect and nurture the self.

Tamaso mā Jyotirgamaya. Moving from darkness to light through practice. This sequence, moving from Balasana to Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, is a physical representation of the journey inward, guided by the grace of the Guru.

Some of my favorite deep stretches for the legs and side body, including a variation of Eka Pada Sirsasana. These poses provide a deep release, especially for the hips where we tend to store emotions, leaving you feeling lighter.

We are as strong as our spines. This clip shows a sequence from one of my back focused classes, where we work on strength, mobility, and flexibility to open the heart chakra and release fear.

The energy rises with the heat in an Ashtanga Vinyasa practice. Here, we focus on alignment and equalizing the breath before cooling down with long holds and a slow, restorative closing sequence.

How much asana do we need? The answer is unique to each body. The goal is to find a practice that is therapeutic and satisfying, not heavy or tiring. Always play with your practice, never fight it.

Autumn is when trees become the strongest, shedding what is no longer needed to conserve energy. This personal practice reflects my own journey of slowing down, embracing the pause to build inner strength.

Ekah Tatva Abhyasa. Single focused practice. This was my key takeaway from a month of Sadhana. Here, I am practicing a wall supported headstand, focusing my mind and energy on one point of awareness.

A favorite warm up sequence from the archives, practiced by the sea in Mexico. A simple flow to connect with the breath and move the body is a beautiful way to start the day, wherever you are.

The practice of yoga empowers. I used to be uncomfortable in front of a camera, but through yoga, I have found a confidence that comes from within. Now I care less about the outcome and more about the feeling.

About The Art of Asana: Alignment & Flow

Alignment isn't about forcing your body into a perfect pose, it is about adjusting the posture to suit your unique anatomy. In these sessions, we focus on safe, hands-on adjustments and the smart use of props like blocks and straps, ensuring you can challenge yourself without pushing into pain or unnecessary strain.
